Imperial Painting is a full service painting company offering a wide array of painting and coating services.
- Unit Turn Painting:- Imperial Painting & Coatings thrives on ensuring top quality results regardless of time or budget constraints. High-volume turn painting puts our skills to the test and we rise to the occasion by providing the highest quality, reliable, affordable & efficient painting services. Regardless of what your schedule is, we work with you every step of the way to make sure all work proceeds as planned.
- Hourly Manpower for T & M Project:- We have crews available 24/7 to assist in your painting needs and our hourly rate will be all inclusive of labor, materials, installation, transportation and taxes. No bidding or estimation is required.
- Budgets for Maintenance/Capital Projects:- Imperial Painting & Coatings maintain building specs and details as well as maintain maintenance budgets on a yearly basis. We can also assist in preparing Capital Project Budgets.
- Hot/Cold Pressure Cleaning:- Cold pressure washers are ideal for removing dirt. However, if the surface you are cleaning is mixed with oil or grease, cold-water pressure washer won’t clean as well as a hot water pressure washer. Think of it like washing greasy dishes in the sink. The same applies to cleaning with a pressure washer.
- Line Striping:- Parking lot striping or what is sometimes called line striping is important to the safety of the drivers and pedestrians that traverse your parking area daily – pavement markings, such as new layouts, repainting of parking, handicap spaces, and fire zones. Well-defined crosswalks ensure that drivers and pedestrians watch out for each other and each can reach their destination without incident.
- Storm Damage Services:- Imperial Painting & Coatings can assist with water damage recovery projects by installing drywall, base molding, tape, spackle and paint. Emergency crews available.
