This rubber coating is specially formulated for roof repair and leaks repair. EPDM rubber coatings can be widely used for commercial purposes. We are an applicator for “green” roof coatings and are LEED certified.

A sealant is an elastomeric material that allows for 25% to 50% movement. Sealant or caulk is used to fill gaps, to keep water and air at bay, to allow for expansion and contraction of building materials, and to enhance esthetics. Silicone and polyurethane are two popular types of sealant. Silicone sealants won’t break down as a result of UV exposure.
